HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

·         Reference:  “Hillcrest Alumni Association” to get the special room rate with up to 4 breakfasts included per room.

          If not booking directly with the hotel, breakfast WILL NOT BE INCLUDED.

·         Single or Double Room for  $89.00/night (plus tax).  Check-in is at 3:00 p.m.  Check-out is at noon.

·         Rooms are equipped with a microwave, fridge, tea/coffee maker, iron/board, hair dryer and TV/cable.

·         June 1, 2025, is the last day to make a hotel reservation. After that, any excess rooms will be released.

·         If you arrive a day early or stay an extra day, the hotel will honor the room rate.  There is a restaurant in the lobby.

FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE:

From DFW airport to the Atrium Hotel:  When you arrive at the DFW International Airport, collect any checked in bags then proceed to the lowest level, which is normally one level below baggage claim, and look for a purple sign that says, “Courtesy Vans.”  Once there, please give the hotel a call at 972-513-0800, giving them your terminal and gate location and they will send the shuttle to pick you up at that exact location.

From the Atrium Hotel to the DFW airport:  The shuttle runs every hour on the hour 24/7. Whatever time you want to leave, please arrive in the hotel lobby about 5 or 10 minutes early, since they try to leave on the dot. Note:  Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. the shuttle runs every half hour,  on the hour and half hour from the hotel to the DFW Airport.

IMPORTANT:  There is no hotel shuttle service between Dallas Love Field airport and the hotel. We suggest taking an Uber, taxi, etc.

REGISTRATION FEE:  $130.00/adult Includes registration cost, t-shirt, and meals (Friday dinner, Saturday lunch & dinner).

Full breakfast for up to 4 people is included with the room IF the room is booked directly with the hotel.

If only attending the Saturday Nigerian Meal and Skit night, it is $45/per person.

One (1) T-shirt is included with each registration. You will need to specify the size per registration.
